Uncle Tom plays Highland Cathedral on the bagpipe and leads the wedding procession. Directly behind him is our chuppah on bamboo poles being carried by my twin, Melissa and Brother Yaakov in the front and Cliff and Sister Jessica in the back.

Just checked my email and my lovely Maid of Honour emailed some shots her mom was able to capture at the wedding. This is one of them.

My Uncle Tom is a piper, so of course, I had to ask him to play our wedding. How many people have pipers in their family? (Scotland, your votes don't count.)

In other news, my life has gone from preparing for the wedding to dealing with post wedding clean up.

I am working on set one of five sets of thank you notes. When set five is done, I will have hand written over 200 thank you notes. (Not counting the rough drafts of the personalized note I will draft before writing in the nice thank you note cards. Having a degree in Creative Writing is a bitch. Your notes are thus expected to be individual works of art. Why oh why didn't I major in Package Engineering or Mathematics?)

I don't know if it is connected, but I now have bursitis in my left shoulder, shoulder blade and left side of neck.

It is the most excruciating pain I have been through. Honestly, I woke Jonathan up at 6am yesterday crying because of the pain. This trumps drill bits through the feet and breaking my wrist freshman year of college.

(For those who don't know me, I have an insanely high tolerance for pain. I've broken bones, had eardrums explode and felt mildly uncomfortable.)

A las, the treatment is ice up the muscle, take ibuprofen and rest for 3 days. Me not being productive? Oh, nice, my own layer of hell, good times.
