Me, three weeks ago, happy in the nostalgia. Oblivious that in three weeks time, my social life would die a notch.


I was fine, remembering my childhood of PBS reruns involving Tom Baker Dr. Who, knitting my scarf and what not.

I was fine, not getting sucked into yet another series.

This is why I don't chat on the phone with people.

Because then they start to tell me about a series that they are just getting into. And then they send me video clips over the interweb.

And next thing I know, instead of working on the wedding program, I am watching season one of the new Dr. Who.
