LOST in 8:15 (Official Recap S1-S3)

I am incredibly excited about the season premiere of LOST on January 31, 2008.
Of course, the only person I know who has been watching LOST, is my mother. And I am only up to date thanks to the loan of her DVD sets.

So here is a recap in 8 minutes and 15 seconds of seasons one through three of LOST.
Aside from character backstory that is worth learning, IMO, this is the gist of what has happened.
Only 15 more days!!!
